Now Streaming: Learning to Live Alongside Lyme with Kat Hargreaves

Kat is an occupational therapist, chronic Lyme warrior, and passionate advocate for helping others find their way back to movement, resilience, and hope. Kat’s symptoms began at age 15 with a mysterious tremor that led to years of testing before she was ultimately diagnosed with Lyme disease and Bartonella. After navigating intense treatments, setbacks, neurological symptoms, and the emotional toll of chronic illness, she has spent the last decade rebuilding her health from the inside out. Most recently, Kat accomplished a goal she set for herself at her sickest point—running a half marathon to show others that a diagnosis does not define their future. Through her work, she combines nervous system regulation, mindset, movement, and lived experience to help others rediscover what’s possible.
